NVRSTOP Return & Exchange Policy

At NVRSTOP, we stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return or exchange within 8 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.nvrstop.us.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-printed or personalized products


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.

  • If your requested size or color is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.


4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at return.nvrstop@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange

  3. Our support team will respond with instructions and the return shipping address (Pakistan)

Once we receive and inspect the item, processing will begin.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

We will arrange a free replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


7. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Bank or card providers may take 5–10 business days to reflect the refund
